The beauty of this model is that is smaller and more affordable than larger models available on the market. It is beautifully made and will do all of the jobs you would expect from a wood fired oven.
At just 1 metre wide, it sits easily in a small garden or on a terrace and takes just 20 minutes to assemble. Even more versatile than a barbecue, and you turn out crispy pizzas, succulent roasts or slow-cooking stews for your friends. Floor cooking space is .28 sq metres. This oven holds 2 medium or 1 large pizza and the result is a crisp, crusty genuine Italian base. It also does incredible roasts, veggies & loaves of bread. It has such good heat retention that you can cook in it for up to two hours after the fire goes out.
